Job summary
We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team at Chrysalis Health. As a clinician, you will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population while also having opportunities for telehealth sessions.Responsibilities
- Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses.
- Conducts and documents client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
- Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional.
