Job summary
We're looking for a Lead Line Cook to oversee day-to-day execution of food orders in our kitchen. You'll maintain culinary standards, assist with team scheduling, manage inventory and track orders.
Responsibilities
- Assist with supervisory responsibilities according to company policy and procedures when the manager is not onsite.
- Maintain a full understanding of SOPs and recipes for assigned kitchen.
