Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/ Geriatrics Physician to join 32 providers in a well-established practice offering 12 specialties and subspecialties

• This position offers 2 ? days in the outpatient clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care
• Geriatric fellowship training desired, not required
• Employed position joining an existing Physician, Nurse Practitioner and RN team
• Multispecialty Clinic offers a full range of healthcare services to include primary & preventative care, immediate care, specialty care, Lab, X ray, ultrasound and ECHO
• Built in referral network from Immediate Care and other specialties
• EMR ? EPIC
• Clinic is adjacent to the Hospital
