Stand Manager – High Plains Brew - 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee
Full-Time | $55,000 Base Salary + Monthly Performance Bonuses

Position Summary
The High Plains Brew Stand Manager is responsible for the overall success of their location, including sales growth, operational excellence, team development, and profitability. This role leads from the front, works shifts alongside the team, and oversees administrative and leadership responsibilities.
Reports to: District Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 40+ employees
- Maintain strong customer service, speed of service, and cleanliness standards
- Build weekly schedules that balance labor efficiency and customer experience
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Oversee proper cash handling and deposits
- Drive sales growth and stand profitability
- Provide consistent performance feedback and development plans
- Host team meetings and leadership development conversations
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Execute company initiatives and operational directives
- Develop future leaders within the stand
Work Schedule Requirements
- Full-time role
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Availability for occasional holidays
- Willing to visit the stand outside scheduled shifts for coaching and administrative duties
- Must be accessible to address stand needs as they arise
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000 base salary

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate equipment and move within drive-thru traffic
- Capable of working all positions within the stand during peak hours

QualificationsSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to two minutes at a time
· Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
· Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions
· Can lift up to 50lbs
· Can stand comfortably for hours at a time
· Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
· Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand
· Can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive-thru line
· Can safely use a utility knife
· Can quickly and cleanly operate any position in the stand during peak hours
· Can maintain awareness of the shift's operations while working a position
· Can assertively and graciously confront their friends to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues
· Can adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations
· Effectively manages multiple projects and deadlines
· Can effectively lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure
· Has proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members
· Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
