- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Attention to detail with critical thinking and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Performs well at a small, entrepreneurial organization
- Knowledge and application of basic accounting skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- QuickBooks Online or other accounting software

Job Description: OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager who is a highly motivated self-starter who can efficiently manage and complete the daily orders, maintain adequate inventory volume, plan and order production based on sales projections, schedule and follow-through with shipping and logistics and maintain bookkeeping. This position may be performed remotely after a period of training.
Duties and responsibilities include managing the daily operations of:
Processing Purchase Orders
Shipping Orders and Shipping Logistics - managing both inbound and outbound
Planning and Ordering Production Orders – based on sales projections and timeline
Bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online
