Job summary
The QA Technician is responsible for monitoring products and processes to ensure that Creekstone Farms production specifications are met.This includes accurate and timely communicated documentation and audits that adhere to Quality and Food Safety Standards for every product.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating plant Quality/HACCP/SSOP/SOG/GMP programs to ensure proper implementation
- Coordinating with plant personnel, USDA, and contracted sanitation personnel to comply with quality programs
