    Job Description:
    The Customer Business Leader is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth at Publix for the Mars Wrigley Confectionery business.

    This role is expected to maintain a strong relationships with the customer to best execute customer plans that deliver objectives of:
    net sales growth, distribution/assortment, placement/everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing, and promotion. This role will also offer support for the Seasonal Customer Business Manager for Publix.
    What are we looking for?

    Bachelor's degree.

    8+ years of consumer packaged goods sales experience.

    Minimum of 4+ years of major account sales management experience.

    5+ years of retail analytic application & management capabilities; i.e. syndicated data (Nielsen and/or IRI), customer specific data, and annual customer planning.

    Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) capabilities

    Category Management and Customer/Trade Marketing experience also preferred.

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    Sell Mars Wrigley Non-Seasonal Confectionery portfolio to Publix and maximize mutual sales growth and profit.

    Drive best practices for assortment, merchandising, pricing, and shelving.

    Responsible for delivering Net Sales Volume objectives.

    Manage overall customer P&L and deliver financial targets.

    Effectively negotiate trade deals to drive profitable sales and positive ROI.

    Manage trade budget, achieve trade rate, and drive net sales realization.

    Utilize available resources to complete all promotional contracts with customer.

    Continue to drive operational excellence internally and externally.

    Responsible for sales forecast. Leverage tools and plans with customer to drive forecast accuracy and operational control for checkpoints.

    Liaison with Customer Supply Chain Team.

    Foster strong customer relationships to ensure a mutual long-term partnership.

    Work closely with internal and external partners to go after opportunities and achieve objectives.

    Develop plans that align with Mars Wrigley's strategies, objectives, and measures.
