    Job Description Saint Luke's is looking for an experienced RN to serve as a Virtual Care Expert. This role is located remotely at the Virtual care Center in Lees Summit.


    Shift:
    8:45-21:15

    Weekend Rotation: 4 weekend shifts in a 6 week periodThe ideal candidate for this position has experience as a bedside RN in an acute care setting.

    Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes to the be successful in this role.

    Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
    Monitor intelligent software and vitals for changes and trends or patient condition.
    Utilize good communication skills.
    Partner with bedside team to monitor all assigned

    early detection of changes or possible problems in this

    bedside team of possible issues and assisting them in activating resources needed to address issues.
    Provide another set of eyes and ears monitoring this population with an additional piece of intelligent software.
    Identify early signs to reduce complications.


    Job Requirements Applicable Experience:
