    Role Description

    The Business Development Manager role is a full-time position located in Polk County Florida. The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and managing leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing deals. You will also need to maintain positive relationships with existing clients and conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends.

    In this role you will be responsible for cold calling on potential customers, driving to the prospects and meeting with them face to face.

    Qualifications

    · Previous experience in B2B sales

    · Sales and Business Development skills

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    · Ability to develop and maintain client relationships

    · Proven track record of achieving sales goals

    · Experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus, not required

    · 4 years of experience in Relevant sales that is client facing is essential.

    · Initiative to own your work, drive your success beyond circumstances or rejections.

    · Communication style that's polished and authentic.

    · Proficient using Outlook, Word, Excel, and LinkedIn

    · Excellent organizational skills
