    The role youll contribute:

    The Senior Corporate Responsibility Analyst/Auditor assists with implementation of the AdventHealth Corporate Responsibility Program by conducting compliance research, reviewing and synthesizing regulations and industry publications, developing training materials and other department guidance documents. Completes data analytics, assists with compliance risk assessment and inquiries and investigations work, develops and executes monitoring and auditing project plans and deliverables, and performs other routine duties and special projects. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

    The Senior Corporate Responsibility Analyst/Auditor primarily supports the AdventHealth Orlando Corporate Responsibility department but also provides division-wide support to the entire AdventHealth Central Florida Division as needed from time to time

    The value youll bring to the team:

    Conduct compliance research (research and analysis of federal and state laws and regulations, compliance guidance, industry publications, etc.) and synthesize information for leadership.

    Develop/contribute to various presentations and other deliverables for key Corporate Responsibility meetings such as Corporate Responsibility Steering Committee meetings, Board Meetings, and meetings with operational areas related to special projects, etc.

    Participate as a member of the Corporate Responsibility inquiries and investigations team and assist with initiatives as requested.

    Contribute to Corporate Responsibility risk assessment initiatives/program.

    Perform and summarize data analysis when necessary for Monitoring & Auditing, inquiries and investigations, risk assessment, or other projects.

    Prepare and execute project plans and steps related to Corporate Responsibility Monitoring & Auditing Plan items/projects, risk assessment initiatives, and other special projects.

    Identify potential recommendations regarding process/procedure changes as a result of monitoring and auditing activities.

    Independently prepare and quality control workpapers and other project deliverables.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

    Ability to work with other software applications/systems, such as internal and vendor compliance reporting and tracking systems, and to assist with data analytics and reporting.

    Proficient writing skills and ability to develop thorough but concise presentations, reports, and other documents.

    Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas and information comfortably and effectively in front of committees and large groups, legal counsel, all levels of job classes within the system, and other key stakeholders, such as patients and representatives of government agencies.

    Ability to develop and provide effective and understandable training to various audiences, including experience translating complex compliance concepts into an easy to understand format.

    Demonstrate strong ethical principles and behaviors.

    Ability to respond to requests in an independent, focused, and timely manner.

    Ability to collaborate with peers and leaders in other departments.

    Working knowledge of health care compliance programs and the Office of Inspector General (OIG) seven elements of an effective compliance program.

    Ability to independently research and analyze complex health care compliance and regulatory subjects, including the ability to understand and synthesize federal and state laws and regulations, and other industry documents / publications.

    Strong project management skills, including the ability to independently develop and manage project plans, effectively prioritize work, complete tasks/projects within established timeframes, and report on progress to leadership.

    Ability to develop and implement compliance audits, including appropriate steps to conduct retrospective reviews as well as internal proactive reviews as part of monitoring and auditing plans or inquiries and investigations.

    Ability to develop and implement project plans.

    Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommendations.

    Ability to independently perform data and document analysis and assist with compliance inquiries and investigations.

    Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employees, patients and company information

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field.

    Three to five years of health care compliance experience working in a health care provider compliance or internal audit department, law firm, and/or at a national health care consulting or audit firm.
