Job summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Cleanliness throughout the store including cleaning bathrooms sweeping mopping floors taking out trash ensuring all areas are neat presentable
- Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience Ability to follow instructions interpret operational documents Must be able to lift between 30-50 lbs frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting Excellent customer service relationship management skills Strong organizational communication problem-solving decision-making skills
