Sporting Goods company in Carlsbad, CA is looking for a Human Resources assistant to help out for a temporary 2 week assignment.
Must be organized and possess a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection. The ideal candidate will be skilled in being detailed orientated and have experience with HR tasks.
Responsibilities:
Including helping everyone log on to the tablets, guiding them through the hour-long harassment videos, informing them that it's time to take the test, and assisting them should they have any questions. Helping as necessary to ensure they understand the questions. Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
Requirements and skills:
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Compensation $ 22.00/hr.
