Required Skills:
Active New York State medical license
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
DEA certification
Proven clinical experience in OB and GYN, with the ability to manage both outpatient and inpatient scenarios
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team


Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR system
Previous work in community health or hospital settings
Ultrasound proficiency
Skilled in managing deliveries, including at neighboring hospitals


Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree (MD or DO)
Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB/GYN
Prior experience supporting OB deliveries with approximately 1,500 deliveries annually


Other Requirements:
Availability for 4 weeks per month, including one 24-hour hospital call shift and two clinic days (Monday-Friday)
Willingness to support small support staff team, including midwives and other OB providers
Driving in personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement or rental car options available if needed
Successful credentialing process (average 60-90 days)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, community health environment with a patient population of teenagers and adults
Past experience with ultrasound and deliveries at a neighboring hospital is preferred

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $222.30, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
