    Position Summary

    Guides and educates business partners by facilitating, training, and resolving issues throughout the onboarding process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    Major Tasks and Responsibilities
    • Collaborates with business partners to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
    • Implements strategies and processes that deliver customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Addresses any technical and operational issues encountered during the onboarding process.
    • Owns and manages customer relationships from start to finish.
    • Creates and delivers educational materials, tutorials, and documentation to support the onboarding process.
    • Monitors and tracks accounts for churn and takes appropriate actions to recover from losses.
    • Conducts periodic reviews with business partners to further enhance the customer experience.
    • Tracks and reports on key onboarding metrics, such as time to activation and customer satisfaction.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
    • 2+ years of customer service experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Enterprise Resource Planning tools, Customer Relationship Management tools, and PowerBI.
