Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with all staff
Strong understanding of construction systems and techniques and industry standards
Ability to manage a fair workload by staying focused and managing priorities
Strong attention to detail and helping the team produce a quality product
Strong knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD Civil 3d) and other Engineering/Technical skills
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Educational and/or Experience Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
3+ years of relevant experience as a civil engineering
Proficiency using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
