Maintenance Technician – Electrical / Mechanical

3rd Shift: 9:45 pm – 6:15 am

Pay Range: $29 - $33 / hour

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, planned and emergency maintenance in a production environment.

Job Description:

·The Maintenance Technician is responsible for fixing equipment as needed, changeovers, PMs and troubleshooting of equipment.

·Must be able to troubleshoot conditions in a production setting

·Ability and willingness to diagnose and repair the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects of a wide variety of machines.

·Working knowledge of PLC's

·Perform quality checks.

·Complete all required and applicable training

Job Requirements:

·High School Education or Equivalent (GED)

·Journeyman Card from the Department of Labor preferred.

·Journeyman Card from the Department of Labor preferred. Degree or certification from a college or university is required if you do not possess a Journeyman's card.

·Previous experience working as a Millwright, Electrician or Machine repair in an automotive manufacturing environment.

·Experience working in an automotive sheet metal stamping facility.

·Experience with large transfer and progressive dies a plus

·Able to lift 40 lbs. frequently depending upon rework.

·Standing 8 or more hours, walking to assist in seat build, rework, etc.

·Ability to solve problems and work with support personnel.
