    Purpose:
    In this role, you will Execute lab dip processes to meet the design vision and merchandiser requirements. You will communicate and manage color process with Mills, Vendors and Agents. If this sounds like your kind of Adventure, read on
    Job Responsibilities
    Manage the development and approval of seasonal color standards and color standards naming under the direction of Directors/VP Design.
    Communicate externally and internally color standard information
    Maintain the color standard library for internal use and accurate record keeping
    Evaluate lab dips submits against standard and provide detail color comments to Mills/Vendors/Agents.
    Track and communicate status of lab dip approvals and escalate to resolve issues promptly
    Maintain the season lab dip approval book
    Ensure the same color across product categories is consistent
    Provide color training for cross functional teams.
    Perform such other duties as directed by the supervisor
    Qualifications
    Associates or Bachelor's degree in design, fashion, textiles or related subject or equivalent work experience.
    3+ years of work experience in Color in the apparel industry.
    Experience in color theory preferred.
    Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
    Collaborate with cross functional teams
    Good time management skills, organized, and able to prioritize
    Score superior range for color discrimination on the Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue test
    Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
    Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
    Must have authorization to work in the United States.

    Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
    Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
    Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods
    Ability to position self to reach at or below shoulder level
    The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $68,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
