Soliant currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a key role in supporting students with behavior challenges by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and providing direct behavioral support in various school settings. Your expertise and passion for working with behavior students will contribute to creating a positive and conducive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address challenging behaviors and teach adaptive skills.
• Provide one-on-one or small group behavior therapy sessions to students with behavior challenges, using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Collect data on student behavior and progress, and use data analysis to inform treatment planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across different environments.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and participate in the development and revision of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as needed.
• Provide training and support to school staff and parents/guardians on behavior management strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, interventions, and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an RBT or behavior technician in a school or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Experience working with students with behavior challenges, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and establish positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
