    Description

    This is a blended role involving high-level Software Development (Java) mentoring less senior development team members. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technology and grow your leadership skills.

    You'll work with the CIO to identify and implement innovative technologies that will yield a competitive advantage and lend to reach our company goals.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Working with the CIO to identify and develop modern Software solutions and capabilities
    • Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
    • Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
    • Understand customer and market requirements to translate them into digital products and services.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Java, J2EE, WAS, IT Senior Development.
    • 10 + years of Software Java Architecture / Design /(Java)
    • Interest or openness to medium-sized companies where you can make a difference is preferred certainly not required.
    • Collaborative nature as demonstrated by technical leadership experience
    • Knowledge and interest in working with and researching new technological trends
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude.
