    Office Location: Onalaska, WI

    Position Location: Onsite Preferred. Hybrid Flexibility (2-3 days per week).

    Salary: $70,000-$90,000

    Purpose & Summary: Dynamic delivers sustainable solutions to businesses across multiple industries to manage their dispositioned tech assets, contribute to the circular economy, and keep electronics out of landfills. As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will partner with internal stakeholders on our Marketing and Sales teams to build and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline expansion, and revenue growth. Your target customers will range from multi-national electronics manufacturers to Fortune 500 corporations, large hospitals and university systems, electronics collectors/generators, and scrap processors. Campaign components may require content creation (written, graphic, and video), email, web, SEM/SEO, digital and social marketing, in-person events and conferences, webinars, account-based marketing, and more

    Responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with business leaders as a strategic marketing resource to accelerate business performance and align campaigns with organizational strategy.
    • Managing the complete lifecycle of a campaign from ideation, through execution, to measurement.
    • Driving innovation by identifying and deploying new processes and technologies within Marketing.
    • Leveraging automation and organizational tools in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and other platforms.
    • Delivering comprehensive analysis of campaign performance and making recommendations to enhance results.
    • Providing day-to-day expertise and support on various marketing, sales, and employer branding initiatives, including webinar and presentation development, literature review, company apparel selections, talent attraction campaigns, and more.

    Required Education & Experience:

    • Five years of B2B marketing experience focused on brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration campaigns.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or another related field.
    • Additional relevant experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.

    Successful Candidate Profile: This role requires a flexible, change-agile problem solver who is energized by new challenges and new frontiers. Successful candidates will be self-directed with strong initiative and a commitment to results, with the ability to rally a team around a goal and communicate enthusiastically and persuasively.

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Proficiency utilizing CRM and marketing automation platforms
    • Excellent written communication and experience crafting content for emails, web pages, and other assets
    • Ability to develop dashboards and reports to effectively communicate results with data
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while meeting budget and timeline goals
    • Customer-obsessed, with the ability to creatively capture attention and market solutions
    • Strong integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment

    Outstanding candidates will also have experience with digital marketing strategy and execution, account-based marketing platforms, AI tools, graphic design, or vendor management.
