Safeway is a leading milk processor committed to delivering fresh high-quality dairy products to families across the region Our facility operates with cuttingedge technology and a strong focus on food safety sustainability operational excellence We re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in dairy manufacturing specifically fluid milk processing to lead our team drive performance What you will be doing As Production Supervisor you will oversee all aspects of milk production including pasteurization homogenization filling sanitation You ll lead a team of operators technicians ensuring compliance with dairy industry standards optimizing production efficiency Main Responsibilities Supervise daily milk processing operations including pasteurization packaging Ensure compliance with FDA PMO HACCP SQF standards Lead coach production staff meet safety quality output goals Manage CleaninPlace CIP systems sanitation protocols Monitor equipment performance coordinate preventive maintenance Analyze production data implement process improvements Collaborate QA maintenance logistics teams Maintain accurate records audits inspections We are looking for candidates who possess following 5+ years experience dairy manufacturing specifically fluid milk processing 2+ years supervisory management role Strong knowledge pasteurization homogenization dairy packaging systems Familiarity food safety regulations sanitation procedures Excellent leadership communication problem-solving skills Bachelor s degree Dairy Science Food Technology Engineering related field Experience lean manufacturing Six Sigma methodologies Proficiency production software data analysis tools
