    Senior Analyst – FP&A and Business Intelligence (remote)

    SUMMARY

    The Senior Analyst for FP&A and Business Intelligence will play a key role in supporting CVP's growth by providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this position involves optimizing forecasting and analytics technologies used by the Finance team and collaborating with cross-functional resources in Operations and Analytics. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in leveraging data to drive actionable business insights and expertise in data management, P&L reporting, and cash flow forecasting.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive the adoption of new reporting & analytics technology (Power BI) and enhance existing planning technologies (Adaptive).
    • Improve financial modeling and reporting through automation, simplification, and IT digitization.
    • Develop BI solutions using SQL, Power BI, and other tools to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
    • Train and support end-users on BI tools and data analysis techniques to promote tool utilization.
    • Support the preparation of forecasts, annual plans, etc., in financial reporting tools.
    • Analyze hospital profitability trends and recommend strategies to maximize growth and profitability.
    • Assist the executive leadership team in evaluating new business opportunities, including M&A activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review KPIs, P&L impacts, and business growth opportunities.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Management experience preferred.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business intelligence, business analytics, FP&A, or related fields within a multi-unit business environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, along with 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Finance roles.

    COMPUTER SKILLS

    • Proficiency in Adaptive, Power BI, or similar products.
    • Strong knowledge of pivot tables in MS Excel is required.
    • Familiarity with MS Office suite of products is essential, including Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Word, and Powerpoint.
    • Proficiency in SQL is necessary.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    The role is remote with occasional visits to the Philadelphia, PA office for in-person learning with the Finance team.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    The job may require sitting, standing, talking, and occasional lifting. Vision abilities such as close vision and color vision are important in this role.

    This role operates in a professional office environment utilizing standard office equipment.
