- Supervise QA Inspectors
- Obtain a thorough working knowledge of all items and finished products
- Complete supervisory responsibilities such as annual employee appraisals, rewarding and disciplining, and planning, assigning and directing work
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow
- Train employees in production procedures, safety rules and regulations, and company policies
- Assist in the design and development of new and existing products
- Make any needed improvements to the department in order to increase efficiency
- Create and manage Quality Assurance Manual updates
- Review and ensure Vendor Quality Assurance
- Manage Quality Control Team
- Provide technical support to sales team and customers
- Maintain general housekeeping of work area including cleaning and organization
- Other duties may be assigned.
