    Responsibilities:


    Provide international tax services that provide measurable value and advise clients from a range of different industries on international tax matters.

    Facilitate planning, execution, direction, and completion of international tax projects.

    Consult with clients on tax-efficient structuring of international transactions, effective use of tax treaties, planning related to offshore investments activities and repatriation programs to minimize US and foreign income taxes.

    Research and analyze international using tax research tools;

    Review tax returns with international complexities, utilizing tax-related software and make recommendations on return preparation regarding accuracy and tax savings opportunities.

    Provide technical expertise and knowledge of processes to expand the line of business and develop professional staff.
    Additional Responsibilities
    Recognize potential international tax issues and/or opportunities in engagements and discuss with engagement leader
    Participate in core CPE programs
    Actively participate in community activities to develop positive relationships with community leaders and members
    Actively participate in firm sponsored events for assigned product line clients and prospects
    Respond to client and firm associate requests in a timely, accurate, positive and professional manner
    Prepare client correspondence, letters, e-mail, or other communications pertaining to engagement planning and requests
    Adhere to prescribed budgets and deadlines
    Develop technical competency

    Qualifications:
    Requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and CPA designation, or progress towards obtaining
    Individuals with transfer pricing experience encouraged to apply
    Requires at 3+ years of job related experience
    International tax experience required
    Requires prior accounting and/or tax experience
    Subject matter leader in similar tax services
    Management and/or mentoring experience with other staff members preferred
    Experience making recommendations to management
    Prior tax experience in a public accounting firm, law firm or corporate tax department of a multinational company preferred

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
    Thorough knowledge of assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions
    Considerable knowledge of corporate tax including tax research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment
    Sufficient knowledge of public accounting practices, law firm or corporate tax department of a multinational company

    The estimated pay range for this position is:
    $64,000 to $114,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.

    Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
