    This position will ideally be based in Austin, TX out of our headquarters office and be hybrid in office 2-days a week.

    Candidates based in other geographies across the U.S. will also be considered for a remote role.

    Job Summary:


    As Senior Talent Brand Manager, you will lead and deploy Thrive Pet Healthcare's Team Member Value Proposition (TVP) to the candidates and collaborate closely with the Brand team on development and the Recruiting team on execution.

    You will develop strategies, tactics, and opportunities to capture candidates' attention and encourage them to consider, apply, and select Thrive as their next career destination.


    Responsibilities:


    Leading with Your HeadUnderstanding business, solving problems, and making decisions through inclusive contributions of othersLead the TVP activation at awareness, consideration, and interest stages through integrated campaigns, including paid, owned, and shared media.

    Develop and proactively assess candidates' journeys to match main touchpoints and stories that engage, educate, and inspire.
    In partnership with the Internal Communications Manager, proactively identify content opportunities and scout for team members' stories.
    Draft, create, and curate high-quality content to support Thrive's recruiting efforts across all channels.

    The types of content may include emails, digests, blog and social media posts, career website content, testimonials, and video messaging.

    In partnership with Digital Marketing Manager, maintain and enhance the careers website to ensure it is up-to-date, candidate-friendly, and aligned with Thrive's recruiting goals and values.

    Maintain the content calendar for the industry and talent brand social media channels. Work collaboratively with the Creative and Brand teams on content strategy, creation, and execution.
    Maintain third-party employer review and social platforms through up-to-date content and continuous engagement with the audience.
    Proactively enable the Recruiting team with messaging, training, and content assets.
    Build the award calendar that positions Thrive as a desired career destination and submit applications in a timely manner.

    Manage the Events Specialist to drive lead generation and deliver a captivating brand experience at trade shows, conferences, workshops, and webinars.

    Measure, analyze, and report the effectiveness of recruiting marketing programs, platforms, and content, inclusive of physical and digital environments.

    Manage relationships with third-party vendors (i.e., job boards, Jobvite, and Phenom)Leading with Your HeartInterpersonal aspect of leading with Emotional Intelligence (EQ), effective use of influence, working together constructively and creatively Motivate stakeholders and peers to contribute towards one vision that activates the way that team members think, feel, and do for the good of the team and business.

    Key Qualifications:
    At least 8 years of experience in employer brand management or recruiting marketing rolesStellar written and verbal communication skillsProven experience in engaging content creation to meet candidates' needsStrong project management skills with the ability to work on tight deadlinesKnowledge of digital marketing strategy, including organic search, paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, direct response/lead generation, email marketing effortsHands on experience with CMS, CRM, online reputation, email marketing, website analytics, and paid advertising SaaS platformsDemonstrated expertise in managing brand presence across social media platformsExperience in planning and executing events, both in-person and virtualStrong analytical and reporting skillsA self-starter who thrives in a team environment that's fast-paced and dynamic - experience in highly matrixed organizations, retail, and multi-unit brick-and-mortar environments is a plus#LI-KB1#J-18808-Ljbffr
