    Job Summary:


    The Automotive Quality Control Technician at Honda of Fishers is responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and quality of all vehicles produced at the dealership.

    This individual will conduct thorough inspections on both new and pre-owned vehicles, identify and report any potential defects or issues, and work closely with the service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

    This is a full-time position in the auto industry in Fishers, Indiana and will require excellent attention to detail and strong knowledge of automotive systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough inspections of all vehicles produced or serviced at the dealership to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
    • Identify and report any defects or malfunctions in vehicles or their systems
    • Work closely with service and sales teams to address any issues and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Keep detailed records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance performed on vehicles
    • Participate in training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on automotive technology and quality control processes
    • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive quality control, inspections, or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect potential defects or malfunctions
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug test
