- Follows the records department procedures step by step to locate and retrieve company global records as requested by departments or external parties, using the company's Document Management System (DMS) and other electronic document archives.
- Follows department procedures for receiving and registering incoming records (both hard copies and electronic) in the company's Document Management System (DMS) and in the offsite vendor storage register when necessary.
- Prepare physical records for archiving by creating and verifying inventory lists and updating the DMS. This may involve lifting boxes weighing up to 7 pounds.
- Prepare records for destruction according to the company retention schedule and, when required, interact with the responsible department, legal, and other necessary departments.
- Serve as a backup for the Supervisor, Records & Documents in their absence.
