    Responsible for developing the user interfaces for the products developed within the Artificial Intelligence Innovation lab. The UX Manager will construct control surfaces allowing users to engage with advance Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.

    This person acts as a leader within the team to set and maintain the product vision.

    They will be responsible to engage with end users, collect feedback and work with team-mates to establish the product roadmap.

    The UX Manager will communicate with senior executives and provide guidance on best practices throughout Fortrea.

    This person has strong creative and technical skills, with a solid background in both fields.


    Summary of Responsibilities:
    Take ownership of visual contact and user interfaces
    Develop novel planar and volumetric control surfaces
    Identify latent needs and usage patterns and incorporate these into the design system
    Participate in user interviews


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
    5+ years designing Healthcare-related projects required
    5+ years developing control surfaces around Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement Learning and Deep Learning technologies
    5+ years leading development efforts and responding to user feedback
    Experience designing & implementing volumetric / 3D interface design in the form of games, simulations and/or CAD.
    Figma experience
    Github experience
    Agile Development experience
    Knowledge of current trends in AI
    Personas and Product Development experience
    User Experience interviewing or testing
    Project Management (ticketing/tasking/issue tracking)
    Future-forward, positive attitude


    Preferred Qualifications Include:
    Degree in computer science/Data analytics
    Experience with Blender
    Unity, UPBGE, Unreal or Godot experience
    Video editing experience
    Physical product design
    Music / Video or Film production experience

    Pay Range:
    $88,000-$135,000 (The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity)

    All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
