- This role will work alongside Product Managers to prioritize work and build out quarterly roadmaps that aim to drive products toward their future vision.
- The role will touch different product areas allowing for a robust understanding of the entire RxSense Enterprise product offerings.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize product development based on business needs and goals.
- Develop detailed feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by technical and non-technical teams.
- An insatiable curiosity for understanding how things work at their most elemental level, is required.
- 2+ years working in or around agile teams, business functions, etc.
- 2+ years working at a PBM or Healthcare company in Benefit Administration, Implementations, or Quality Assurance.
- Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, frameworks, and development processes.
- Experience with JIRA a plus - structuring roadmaps, creating visuals for sprints across time, and prioritizing opportunities.
- Proven ability to self-manage, make data-driven decisions, and work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- A general understanding of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) or associated systems a plus

Summary:
As a Product Owner on the Core Adjudication team at RxSense, you will be working directly with Product Managers to enhance and define requirements for projects within the different product areas (Ex: Member Portal or Eligibility). You will own the refinement of product stories in conjunction with the development team, participate on daily standup calls, and supervise the product throughout the software development lifecycle.
