  • This will include forecasting equity utilization, managing and reporting on annual processes, evaluating programs against market, participating in relevant surveys, assisting with preparation of materials for senior leadership and detailed analysis of all aspects of employee compensation.
  • Designs and administers base, bonus, and merit pay programs in response to market trends and company needs
  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations
  • Advanced Excel skills
