    California Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

    We are looking for a motivated and experienced SLP to provide teletherapy services to students with moderate to severe communication disorders in grades Pre-K through 8th. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in schools and will be comfortable working with a diverse caseload. This is a 1099 contractor position, and candidates must be able to pass a tech screening to ensure readiness for teletherapy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for students.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
    • Conduct therapy sessions using teletherapy platforms, adapting activities as needed to engage students in a virtual environment.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional success.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
    • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in schools with a diverse caseload.
    • Experience providing teletherapy services or willingness to learn.
    • Strong technology skills and ability to pass a tech screening.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
