    ROLE SUMMARY:


    Greet all HR visitors, and addresses all HR guests with a cheerful energetic greeting aligned with B and I Contractors "Core Values, Vision and Mission Statements; supports in preparation of all Talent Acquisition, responsible for administration and distribution of all logo items purchased by employees.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Greets all visitors and address all guests with a cheerful energetic greeting aligned with B and I Contractors "Core Values, Vision and Mission Statements".

    Answer all incoming phone calls via the Switchboard ensuring all calls are placed properly between our four office locations.
    Sort and Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
    Accept incoming FedEx and Prepares outgoing FedEx Packages.
    Order and distribute all stock and employee shirt orders. Distribute all incoming employee orders to designated area selected.
    Maintains Employee Birthday Card List.
    Assist with any additional HR tasks as assigned.


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

    Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
    Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    Minimum of three (3) years previous switch operator experience.


    SAFETY AWARENESS:
    Executes all tasks in a safe manner and utilize safe work practices as appropriate.


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
