- Receive customer orders from the waitress and broil all items.
- Requisition a daily supply of meats from the butcher.
- Maintain the complete setup and breakdown of broiler station.
- Maintain orders correctly and accurately at all times.
- Other job related duties as assigned.
- Must understand Health Department regulations and fully comply with sanitation standards.
- Must be able to properly use a thermometer.
- Must have knowledge of proper cooking temperatures and appropriate corrective actions for al foods.
- Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.
- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- High School Education or equivalent required.
- Previous experience preferred.
