    Specific Job Functions:

    • Receive customer orders from the waitress and broil all items.
    • Requisition a daily supply of meats from the butcher.
    • Maintain the complete setup and breakdown of broiler station.
    • Maintain orders correctly and accurately at all times.
    • Other job related duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities/Qualifications:

    • Must understand Health Department regulations and fully comply with sanitation standards.
    • Must be able to properly use a thermometer.
    • Must have knowledge of proper cooking temperatures and appropriate corrective actions for al foods.
    • Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
    • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.
    • Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
    • Ability to perform basic math.
    • High School Education or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience preferred.
