    This position is located in Wellesley, MA or Portsmouth, NH and is required to be onsite.

    We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to provide operating support around key growth initiatives for our New England Branch.

    This individual will partner with key Complex Staff to ensure strategies are executed at the local level.

    Working with our Operational Director and serving as a key support to them, along with Sales Management, will ensure we can evolve as business needs change.

    Serves as a key partner to the Northeast Chief Operating Officer and executes initiatives, based on needs of the organization.

    Supports COO on analytics with respect to relative projects, for purposes of efficiency and tracking.
    Assists in creation of and distribution in Branch-wide communication.

    Supports Northeast Complex's EXP Liaison on an as-needed basis and will follow the onboarding process for all new Experienced Hires to ensure proper execution is taking place.

    Works in concert with Marketing Lead to assist with creating and designing Branch-specific communication pieces and marketing communication
    Will administer support for local marketing functions and assist FPs in the creation of custom pieces. Will champion the monthly newsletter and social media items.
    Will serve as a key event coordinator and will be project lead on events specific to Branch-wide participation.
    Is a back up to pre-hire process and technical onboarding, as needed.
    Is a backup to checks, correspondence, and other critical mail processing.
    Supports and assists COO with administrative functions, as needed.
    Will serve as back up support for New England EVP when applicable.
    Champion for Producer Group Meetings and will serve as a project lead for events and initiatives related to this.
    The base salary range for this position is $52,000 - $72,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location.

    In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
