NetSuite TechnoFunctional Consultant
Fully Remote position- Candidates can work EST or CST, depending on their location. Preference for location is Texas OR EST, or CST
Travel: once per quarter for company-wide meetings
Salary: $130-150K/year + bonus

Must Haves:
Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements;
-7+ years of exp. working with NetSuite, including customization, administration, and development.
-Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
-Experience writing reports or creating dashboards/saved searches within NetSuite
-Past experience with NetSuite financials, logistics and inventory management, warehousing is required.
-Strong understanding of NetSuite data model, workflows, and scripting languages.
-Experience integrating NetSuite with other platforms using middleware tools like Celigo, Boomi, or others
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Two to five years' experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration and analysis;
-Project management, system implementation and system integration experience
-Proven ability to follow through with little direction
Pluses:
-Knowledge of NetSuite Analytics preferred
-Experience editing financial reports and deep experience with NetSuite financials would be preferred
-Experience with reporting writing in other data visualization platforms like PBI or others would be a big plus

Day to Day:
A client is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Technical & Functional Consultant with a passion for delivering tailored solutions and optimizing business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customizing NetSuite, including both technical and functional aspects. The candidate should be adept at administering the platform, configuring modules, and writing custom code to meet specific business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Collaborate with the business teams to understand their business needs and requirements.
-Design, develop, and implement customized & scalable solutions within the NetSuite platform.
-Customize NetSuite modules, workflows, and scripts to enhance functionality and improve efficiency.
-Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on NetSuite best practices.
-Perform system configurations, data migration, and integration tasks.
-Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and processes.
-Manage implementation process for ERP, CRM, & OneWorld modules;
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite implementations.
-Stay updated on the latest NetSuite features, updates, and industry trends.
-Provide training and support to end-users along with holding training sessions on user adoption, etc as needed.
-Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support;
-Developing, documenting and following formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc;
-Transpose reports to necessary outlets;
-Support Executive team asks as well as Sales and Operational requests;
-Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding;
Support accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets;
-Source business requirements and processes and translate into deliverable tasks across various business units;
-Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPI's, and dashboards.
