- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, required
- Five years Sales/Service experience – Aluminum Industry a plus, preferred
- Experience w/ SAP (Salesforce), preferred
- PC knowledge including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MMT, and Internal O/S
- Additional skills including listening, selling, written, and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn aluminum terminology, products, and manufacturing processes
