Responsibilities:

Provide clinical nutrition expertise through assessments and documentation efficiently.
Evaluate potential nutritional risks and apply suitable medical nutrition therapy interventions.
Offer nutritional counseling and education to patients and families in care communities.
Collaborate with the dining department to ensure effective execution of nutrition plans.

Qualifications:

Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Hold a Certification/License in good standing in the state of practice.
Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
