    job summary:

    This position is responsible for the design and operation of core IP network infrastructure deployed within the datacenters. The candidate will be required to blend IP network and telecom engineering experience to plan, purchase, install and maintain mission- critical network equipment. This will require focus on the organization's 4G LTE packet cores.

    This role will also be heavily involved with the team responsible for maintaining the network equipment installed in the core datacenters and will require interaction with the personnel and systems for monitoring and troubleshooting. That equipment includes datacenter switches and

    routers, firewalls and proprietary telecommunications equipment. Development and enforcement of installation and operational standards, such as cyber security best practices, will also be expected.

    responsibilities:

    This position is responsible for the design and operation of core IP network infrastructure

    deployed within the Southern Linc datacenters. The candidate will be required to blend IP

    network and telecom engineering experience to plan, purchase, install and maintain mission-

    critical network equipment. This will require focus on Southern Linc's 4G LTE packet cores.

    This role will also be heavily involved with the team responsible for maintaining the network

    equipment installed in the core datacenters and will require interaction with the personnel and

    systems for monitoring and troubleshooting. That equipment includes datacenter switches and

    routers, firewalls and proprietary telecommunications equipment. Development and
