The Director is responsible to lead all food and beverage outlets on the property. The perfect candidate will work in a professional, profitable manner by offering world-class and consistent service to our guests.

Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities/Qualifications:

-Recruiting, hiring, training, development, accountability, and evaluations of the restaurant management team

-Staying up to date on restaurant trends, concepts, and understanding

-Create an opening, operating and closing checklist for each specific outlet

-Review all general ledger charges for accuracy for all F&B outlets

-Take an active role in all mandatory F&B meetings

-Excellent managerial skills, ability to manage multiple outlets, computer skills, and accounting skills

-Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a resort/full-service hotel setting
