    Responsibilities

    We are hiring a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the performance and reliability of our platforms. The ideal candidate will lead assessments, provide expertise in observability, and collaborate with product owners to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

    • Monitor system availability and health
    • Develop software for managing platform infrastructure
    • Implement automation and monitoring for early issue detection
    • Optimize system performance and anticipate customer needs
    • Enhance incident management processes for speedy resolutions

    Qualifications

    • Experience in network operations and incident management
    • Familiarity with AppDynamics, Azure AppInsights, and automation tools
    • Background in technology-related field or equivalent experience
    • Site Reliability Engineering certifications

    This role is remote and based in the US.
