- Enables effective NC3 configuration management using technical expertise in systems architecture, integration, and cybersecurity.
- Supports Senior Level Governance and Management forums, researches and responds to Requests for Information and taskers, and provides advice and recommendations on key issues
- Coordinates with applicable program managers and/or subject matter experts, to obtain acquisition, sustainment, modernization, and O&M information
- Consults with program managers and users to resolve user identified issues and requirements
- Communicates technical needs, opportunities, and constraints to program managers and senior leadership
- Liaise with network and system architects to resolve communications and information systems integration problems
- Supports development and maintenance of enterprise architectures, key operational activities, information and data exchanges, system components, functions, interfaces, infrastructure and communication assets
- Active TS/SCI
- PMP preferred (5 years exp required without)
- Understanding of the National Military Command System and its components preferred
- 3 years' experience supporting senior-level staff (combatant command, service HQ, Joint Staff, component command etc.) preferred
- Bachelor's degree (or 5 years' experience)
- Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
- Ability to function independently and utilize problem solving abilities
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
