Solutions Engineer
Inceed has partnered with a leading Communications Company to find a Solutions Engineer to join their team. Our client provides cutting edge communication solutions and technology to their clients around the world

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with the Internal Support Team, Engineering team and directly with customers to understand their requirements and propose solutions that leverage our products and services. You will also be responsible for continuously improving our existing product functionalities based on customer feedback and market trends

Responsibilities:

• Network design and integration of products
• Design, model, and test prototypes for products
• Develop best practices for products integrating into the existing infrastructure and facilitate the design of upgraded infrastructure to meet product needs
• Create concepts, performance, and production criteria and Produce drawings and specifications

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert working directly with clients to provide technical solutions for existing products
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or technical fields
• Experience providing technical solutions in a Cloud Environment (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent work experience
