    About the Job:
    This role involves loading and unloading customers' trailers safely and efficiently, following all safety and quality guidelines. Forklift operators will also transport materials within the operation to support production needs and assist in sorting pallets based on product specifications.

    Shift Details:
    Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (5:00pm-3:30am)

    Pay Details:
    $19.00 per hour (includes great benefits after 30 days)

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Engage in Safety to ensure Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals are achieved
    • Operate the Forklift safely and efficiently, following provided training and certification
    • Uphold Quality Expectations by accurately sorting pallets based on specified criteria
    • Meet and maintain Production Expectations by ensuring minimum production and quality requirements are met
    • Work effectively within a diverse team environment

    General Responsibilities:
    • Maintain cleanliness through sanitation practices and good housekeeping
    • Possibly operate a Fork-Lift safely and efficiently, with training provided
    • Ability to consistently lift up to 70 lbs. throughout the shift
    • Perform tasks requiring repetitive motion, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting

    Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with using a pallet jack
    • Preferred prior Forklift experience and certification
    • Experience in a fast-paced, production-oriented warehouse or manufacturing setting is advantageous
    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is preferred
