    Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Partners to work across the company to play a crucial role in driving the growth of our partner ecosystem of franchisors and membership-based organizations. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing who will focus on creating compelling content to attract and engage potential partners, ultimately leading to scheduled demos.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Outbound Campaigns for Prospecting:
      • Develop and execute outbound campaigns targeting prospective partners to generate new leads
      • Craft compelling, personalized messaging for targeted prospects
      • Create content to effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with CareerPlug
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives
    • Campaigns for Prospecting Units within Partners:
      • Design targeted campaigns to reach specific franchisees or members within existing partners for prospecting purposes to gain access to the decision-makers within the brand/organization
      • Tailor messaging to address the unique needs and challenges of different partner segments
      • Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with partner-specific goals
      • Leverage content calendar for up-to-date content
    • Personalized Marketing for Partner Prospects:
      • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create or leverage marketing materials to engage and nurture potential partners.
      • Utilize data-driven insights to tailor content for specific industries, regions, and partner profiles
      • Implement strategies to enhance the partner to increase conversion rates of franchisees and association members by working with key contacts within the partner's organization
    • Demo Script and Sales Enablement:
      • Develop impactful demo scripts and sales material to showcase the key features and benefits of our offerings to potential partners.
      • Create comprehensive sales enablement materials that empower the sales team to effectively communicate with partners during demos.
      • Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on new features and ensure accurate representation in sales materials.
    Key Qualifications:
    • 5+ years working in a SaaS company preferred
    • Familiarity with the franchise business model and experience with working with brands and or membership organizations
    • Familiarity with Human Capital Management, HR, and Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing innovative, result-oriented, full-funnel marketing programs with proven results
    • Persuasive and able to relate/empathize with entrepreneurs and small business owners
    • Experience with Canva to use templates and a brand library is a plus
    • Experience with HubSpot is a plus

    Remote: As of March 2020, our formerly Austin-based team has been working fully remotely. We have transitioned to a company forever. This role may be filled by any U.S.-based candidate.

    Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role with a base salary of $116,000 with an additional $10,000 in bonus potential annually.
