    Job Title: Caregiver Manager (CGM)

    Job Purpose:

    As a Caregiver Manager (CGM), you will play a pivotal role in our management team, focusing on staff management and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule caregivers effectively to meet client needs while ensuring caregiver support.

    Key Results:

    1. Maintain employee satisfaction (NPS) scores at or above 80.

    2. Keep uncompensated overtime below 25 hours per week (50 for pay period).

    3. Ensure over 90% of active caregivers are working.

    Critical Competencies:

    • Technological Skills: Proficiency in using computer and cell phone technology, including basic keyboarding, navigation between programs, word processing, Microsoft Office, managing computer files, and electronic communications.
    • Coaching Skills: Ability to improve and reinforce performance through clear, behaviorally specific feedback and suggestions for improvement.
    • Communication Skills: Timely sharing of critical information through clear and effective written communication.
    • Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify problems, generate alternatives, and evaluate options when scheduling.
    • Collaboration: Working with other Caregiver Managers and Client Managers to solve problems, improve care, and build high-quality service teams.
    Responsibilities:
    • Retention of Caregiver Workforce: Implement strategies to retain caregivers, including regular check-ins, recognition, and participation in meetings and orientations.
    • Calendar Maintenance/Scheduling: Schedule shifts according to client matching criteria, manage after-hours scheduling, ensure timely clocking, and avoid overtime.
    • Caregiver Management: Monitor caregiver performance, provide disciplinary measures, evaluations, counseling, and constructive feedback.
    • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Meetings: Attend and contribute to meetings, report on assigned metrics, and assist with strategic planning.
    • Communication and Reachability: Respond to caregivers, Client Managers, and office team in a timely manner through scheduling software, text, and Slack.
    • Recognition: Identify and appreciate caregivers who represent Caring Solutions through consistent, reliable, and exceptional service.
    • Professionalism: Adhere to all government laws, company policies, and standards, maintain professionalism in all communications and interactions.
    • Confidentiality: Ensure strict confidentiality of client materials and information.
