    THE POSITIONOur company is hiring a Senior Engineer specialized in Wireless Systems for various projects involving the development, implementation, and testing of wireless technology.

    This role requires on-site work three days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).RESPONSIBILITIESSystem design and development.
    Algorithm development and testing.
    Performance simulation and testing.
    FPGA design and verification support.
    Supporting hardware/software implementation and troubleshooting.
    Leading a team for product development.
    Managing development schedules and tasks.
    Participating in lab and field testing and troubleshooting.
    Technical material preparation and documentation.
    Assisting in R&D business development efforts.
    Collaborating with cross-functional teams for product enhancements.
    Performing related duties as required.
    Infrequent travel may be required.
    QUALIFICATIONSM.S. or Ph.
    D. in wireless communications and signal processing.
    Minimum of 7 years of wireless systems design and development experience.
    Experience in the complete wireless technology development cycle.
    Extensive knowledge of RF propagation and channel modeling.
    Extensive knowledge of digital communication systems.
    Extensive knowledge of signal processing algorithms.
    Experience in modeling and mitigating RF impairments.
    Experience with fixed point modeling and verification.
    Expertise in MATLAB programming and simulation.
    Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.
    Passing a background check is required for employment.
    PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIESKnowledge of wireless mobile ad-hoc networking and routing algorithms.
    Experience with cognitive radio and interference mitigation.
    Knowledge of RF sensing, signal detection, and classification.
    Ability in technical writing and presentations.
    NOTEMust be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.
