Alexandria Soccer is looking for motivated and energetic coaches for our Boys MLS Next teams. Our Academy program is one of the largest and most established in the DMV area. Our Boys MLS Next program is our most comprehensive and competitive boys soccer programming. Season takes place August - June. Teams train 4x a week & 1-2 games per weekend during the primary seasons (Fall & Spring). Coaches can expect significant regional travel as well as domestic travel for certain showcase events.

ASA is looking for people who are:

• Energetic and excited to impact kids through sport
• Ability to develop positive relationships with families and players
• Strong teaching ability and willingness to learn
• Professionalism in all aspects, including but not limited to frequency & timeliness of communication, organization, and punctuality to all team events.
• Minimum USSF C License or equivalent

ASA supports coaches on site with everything you need to succeed including:

• Uniform
• Equipment
• Setup
• Training on weekly activities including demonstration
