Job description
I am building StrataConnect, a groundbreaking B2B SaaS platform for the Australian property sector. The app manages the ecosystem between Owners Corporations (OC), Facility Management (FM) companies, and Residents. We are moving away from generic templates to a bespoke, high-security 8-tier hierarchy.Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Tenant Architecture:
Implement strict data isolation so multiple FM agencies can use the platform without data leakage.
Complex
RBAC:
Build 8 distinct dashboards (App Owner, FM Director, BM, Concierge, OC Manager, Committee, Resident, Contractor).
Stripe Connect Integration:
Develop a "hidden" revenue split where a 1.5% fee is embedded in contractor quotes and auto-distributed to the platform owner.
Governance Workflow:
Build a "Handshake" voting system for OC Committees to approve expenditure via Gemini AI-generated proposals.
Compliance:
Integrate a "Trade Vault" for insurance tracking and an ESM (Essential Safety Measures) site patrol module with native camera support.
Preferred Stack:
Experience with Stripe Connect (Destination charges/Separate charges) is a must.
Understanding of the Victorian Owners Corporations Act 2006 is a massive bonus.
Goal:
I am looking for a developer who can take my detailed technical blueprint and execute it with minimal hand-holding. This is a "Tech Provider" model—we are building a scalable asset, not just a tool.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
