    $140,000-160,000Competitive Compensation, 15% Bonus, Full BenefitsA specialized industrial automation manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Plant Controller for their Springfield, MO location. Our client is over 100 years old, ~$5Billion in global revenues, and has manufacturing locations all over the world. The Plant Controller will be responsible for the financial plans and activities of ~$150M in revenues and 2 manufacturing locations. Additionally, this person will help assist the financial activities of a new plant set to be operational in 2026. This role is responsible for the operational financial performance of the sites. This is a highly visible role that carries a high profile within the organization and the right person could be promoted quickly.


    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and direct all financial reporting for two manufacturing site locations.
    • Direct all financial plant operations
    • Lead budget and forecasting process for the sites across Sales, Plant Costing, Working Capital, Inventory and SG&A
    • Key decision maker on product pricing, marketing actions, and customer platform profitability
    • Oversee Internal and External AuditsQualifications
