,- This Job is responsible for providing technical service to vehicles and equipment follow checklists ensuring all critical parts are examined test drive vehicles to ensure that they run smoothly tag all warranty parts and returns to warranty clerk receive annual training from International and Cummins develop maintain positive relationships with customers increase overall customer happiness properly complete the service or repairs per safety requirements published procedures maintain your designated workspace in an organized clean manner ensure guest vehicles are returned as clean as they were prior to being serviced make every effort achieve production objectives set by management
Responsibilities
